You don’t always need to drive out the dark; balance is the key

There are situations in our lives that leave us in some very dark spots. They can be overwhelming & not many know how to even deal with them. This often leads to major mental & physical health issues, and from thereon it's a downhill spiral!  

But if we just shift our focus from the ‘darkness’ perse, and try to analyze the significance that darkness is holding, we might as well be on an upheaval of sorts. 

There have been enough thoughts pouring on how it is imperative to embrace the darkness in order to welcome the light into our lives. But how many of us have literally ever gone to that level of exploring the darkness & tried to figure out whatever is happening? 

If we were told that all of the hardships, sufferings & challenges are good, then many would never be able to get it! The point here is that all of the things that pull us down & draw us backward are apparently our way to happiness. 

How do we balance out the darkness & the light that is an essential attribute in our lives? It may seem like an impossible act but it is doable. All you need to do is start listening to your inner voice.
